Dr. Sanjay Rana: Dr. Rana is a Professional Geophysicist, with 19 years of work experience. He is founder Director of company and is Gold Medalist from IIT-Roorke. He has Pioneered use of various geophysical techniques in India like Ground Penetrating Radar Surveys, High Resolution Tomography, and Integrated Geophysical Testing of Dam Structures etc. Dr. Rana has extensive experience of Civil Engineering Geophysics including Seismic Refraction, Crosshole Seismic, GPR, Seismic Tomography, Electrical Imaging, well logging. Dr. Rana is now instrumental in pioneering Passive Seismic tomography for Oil & Gas Exploration in India.
Dr. Rana started his career with UP State Government and carried out extensive well logging operations including radioactive loggings. Dr. Rana also worked as Scientist with Department of Atomic Energy.
Dr. Rana is author to various research publications and done his doctorate in integrating various geophysical techniques for unique problems in the field of engineering and environmental geophysics.
Mr. P S Mukherjee: Mr. Mukherjee is the founder Director of Parsan Oversea and has MBA, PGDIT (International Trade) qualifications. He has over 24 years of experience in the field of international trade, in trading and manufacturing fields, with companies like Mohan Exports, Ace Laboratories, DCM, IFB, GRASIM etc. Experience includes a wide spectrum of products and markets including CIS, Africa, Europe and Asia. Mr. Mukherjee has accomplished various business projects in countries like Georgia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, North Africa including Algeria, Mauritius, etc.
Mr. Mukherjee has an extremely rich experience in International Marketing. During his tenure with Mohan Exports he was directly handling the operations in Algeria. The company was the largest utilizer of 50 million credit line to Algeria, utilizing as much as 20 million. Clients included a wide spectrum of buyers ranging from ministry of Defense to National Electricity Company to the agriculture sector and entertainment electronics.
The association with ACE laboratories was directly in the field of setting up a pharma project in CIS and Mauritius. That provided Mr. Mukherjee a rare exposure of these market and finer details of operations in the pharmaceutical sector.
Mr. Vinay Bhardwaj: Mr. Bhardwaj is a professional geophysicist from Kurukshetra University and has 11 years of Oil and Gas industry Experience. He attained qualifications in sales and marketing including same for ‘certified sales professional’ for oil and gas industry.
Mr. Bhardwaj started his career with an engineering geophysics organization based at New Delhi doing shallow geophysical surveys. He later worked with CGG associates and made career move towards sales. With CGG associate he was deeply involved in sales and operations of CGG business in India. In year 2004 he joined Paradigm and worked with the organization till 2008. During his tenure with Paradigm, he had various achievements, including winning big G&G and VRC projects.
Mr. Bhardwaj, presently working with PARSAN, is responsible for Oil and Gas sector activities of the company, involving identification of new technologies, coordination with principals, and functions as in-charge of this activity within the group.
